LILLI
LILLI is the result of an amazing mating between
Ruby and Taos
LILLI is aged 14 weeks (in this photo) and settled in so well with us all here typically trying to take over.
Keep checking back as she grows into a stunning young adult.
LILLI could just be our secret weapon for the Elpendane household. Fingers crossed

Alexy
Alexy is the dinky little girl, born 3 hrs after everyone else with a 3/4 white face. She was a real suprise when she popped out I can tell you. Alexy was born to Indie and was the only surviving puppy after all the others were still born. Indie was quite badly attacked by Madison whilst pregnant, and even though she managed to maintain the pregnancy with constant vet help, every one of the pups ended up being still born until a tiny lifeless and still barely breathing little girl popped into the world.
This little girl was Alexy.
She fought for her life whilst Indie also fought to keep her alive and as you can see with GREAT success. (Well done Indie)
When everyone saw Alexy they went AAAGGGHHHHH what an ugly dog (poor mite) What she lacks in the beauty dept, she certainly makes up for with mischief and cheek. Alexy thinks she is a German Shepherd in Springer clothing, she is first into everything, very inquisitive and so full of fun. Alexy stayed here with me due to her lack of prettyness and everyone calling her ugly but mainly because I had, by this time become VERY attached to her.
She was named after my excellent Vet Alex, who has to be one of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure to deal with.
At least Alexy knows we all love her here and look forward to seeing her growing and catching up with the others

Unfortunately we have now found that due to her bad start and with the attack whilst mum was pregnant, Alexy has a touch of brain damage and has started to have fits, albeit only a couple so far but they do last for quite a number of hours. Alexy has now been spayed because she had been given the go ahead for this by my vet , but she was obviously meant to stay home with us. Since being speyed she has got a new lease of life, has not had any more fits so far and is an extremely happy little girl to have around but a tiny little girl weighing in at a massive 10k (ok not massive then hehe).
This is Savanah
Savanah is a gorgeous heavily marked girl like her mum Chyna and so full of character, but isn't she her mothers double in this photo aged 5 months .
Nothing phases her at all and she just adores all the other dogs in our family.
Due to Chyna having to be spayed this year 2011 due to a terrible time for her giving birth this time, Savanah is all we have left of her so hopefully she will be able to carry on Chyna's excellent lines.
Fingers crossed for the future.

Madison was spayed due to her having a few temper issues with two of my other bitches, and the decision not to breed from her was made because of this. It was Madison that attacked Indie very badly when she was pregnant 18 months ago. Madison is almost 3 years old and not allowed near Indie but she has a wonderful life with everyone else here and will hopefully continue to do so.

It is now with so much regret that Madison has been put to sleep aged at 3 yrs. She became so dangerous around other bitches that this most awful decision just had to be made. She made so much mess of 2 of my older girls that it took over 5 hrs of surgery to put one of them back together again. What is it with black and white bitches. All 5 of mine have always been horrific fighters.
......Never again......
